The village west of Chicago gave out 860 DUI citations in Illinois in the last two years — 6th most in Illinois even though it only has a population of about 40,000. The latest person ticketed for DUI? State rep. and chairman of the DuPage County GOP Randy Ramey, who blew a 0.17 this weekend, police say.
